Ardy Bernardo 〰️
Ardy Bernardo is a Filipino-British multidisciplinary artist based in London.
Born in Cabanatuan City and raised in Leicester, his work is rooted in diasporic identity, memory, and the quiet tensions of growing up between cultures. Drawing from personal experiences, his practice explores themes of belonging, isolation, love, and mental health – often reflecting on the inner worlds we carry but rarely speak on.
Working across photography, moving image, and sound, Ardy blends analogue and digital processes to create intimate, emotionally-driven pieces that feel both personal and universal. His work often sits between documentation and storytelling, capturing fragments of life that feel fleeting, nostalgic, and unresolved.
Alongside his artistic practice, he has worked within fashion, music, and culture, but his personal work remains a space to process, question, and make sense of his own lived experience.
In collaboration with Kūbō Garden, highlighting ESEA artists.
RE—US London is bringing art to life in everyday spaces.
Our mission is simple: spotlight London-based creatives and provide a platform for their stories to be told.
